About Targeted Solutions
Targeted Solutions was founded in 2007 by Tom Hart, a retail veteran of more than 30 years. Tom began his career in 1986 at Wilson Farms in Buffalo, New York. Starting as a part-time stock-clerk and working his way up to store manager, Tom left Buffalo and took a job as a store manager for Store 24.
In his 16 years at Store 24 he served in many different roles. After his store manager position, he served as a Field Recruiter, District Manager, Regional Manager, Director of Operations, Vice President of Stores, and finally, Chief Operating Officer. As Chief Operating Officer, Tom managed the Marketing, Operations, Human Resources, and Properties departments.
Tedeschi's acquired Store 24 in April of 2002. Tom joined Tedeschi's as the Vice President of the Store 24 Division. In September of 2004 Tom joined the Sales department as Vice President, Sales.
Tom is a past President of New England Convenience Store Association and has served on the Board of Directors since 1998. Tom was inducted into the NECSA Hall of Fame in 2006. He has been a past speaker at NACS, NECSA, NYACS, NHGA and CSP Executive Leadership Forum.
